The Scheduler Button will take you to a screen which provides available times/days to set up a tutoring session.  The displayed calendar below indicates already scheduled classes & tutoring sessions as "busy".  

Sessions can be reserved as soon as 3 weeks in advance and as late as 12 hours prior.
